Travel App Administrative Panel Manual: Customer Menu Options
Once we have entered the administrative panel of our Travel app, click on the option CUSTOMERS, two options will automatically be displayed:

Customer Menu - New Customer

In the main menu of our app, there is an option with which we can create user accounts for our clients, as well as link them to any of the existing trips or to one already created, customized for the client. This option is called CUSTOMERS.
Once we have entered the administrative panel of our Travel app, click on the option CUSTOMERS, two options will automatically be displayed:
After we have created our entire trip in its entirety, we proceed to link the trip to the customer. But to do this we must create the customer profile, as follows: «CUSTOMERS – NEW CUSTOMER».
In this option the required fields are filled in. The type of agency and the fields with the client’s data are selected.
After registering the client we will see the following screen, where we will be able to link the trip we once created to our client. We look for it among the options, select it and click on add. And we confirm the linkage of such process.
Once the trip is linked, we must upload all the documents corresponding to the trip (accommodation vouchers, activity vouchers, transfer vouchers, flights, among others). For them we must click on the «NEW DOC» button.
To add the documents we must follow the following steps:
ITINERARY DAY: Select the date of the corresponding document.
DAY: The day number is entered: 1, 2, 3, etc.
NAME OF DOCUMENT: Add the name of the document: Example: «Accommodation Voucher».
Then click on REGISTER, the same for each of the documents to be registered.
